Joanna Dominowska

Advocate Joanna Dominowska is the head of the team of advocates of our Warsaw law office. She specializes in civil matters, in particular in the area of family and inheritance law, classic matters concerning payment, and in the area of labour and commercial law, i.e. company relations.

Lawyer Dominowska has been working as an advocate for over 10 years, bringing together dvocate experience with in-depth legal knowledge, following a Ph.D. degree graduated in 2006. Currently, she is finalising the study programme to obtain the title of post-doctoral degree.

She works as an adjunct at the Faculty of Commercial Law at the Warsaw School of Economics and a lecturer in the Patent Office. Joanna Dominowska advocate takes an active part in tutoring trainee advocates by providing lectures. She speaks English and German proficiently.

Magdalena Misztal

Advocate, member of The Bar Association in Warsaw. An alumnus of the Faculty of Law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. During her second year of studies she started to work at an insurance companies and law publishing houses. Since her final year at the University she was providing legal services at Warsaw aw offices, regarding civil and commercial law, real estate law, assistance to cooperative housing associations and developers. She has gained experience in handling civil and commercial court cases.

Since September 2014 she has been an associate at lawyer Dominowska office in Warsaw. She is specialized in family and civil law, therein inheritance law, damages and compensation law. Moreover, she deals with antidiscrimination law and works for non-governmental organisations giving legal advices.
