The new, higher rates Attorney
From 01.01.new higher rates of attorney are in force. It means that is, when you win the case, the court will pay you more than heretofore - up to 2 times more for representation by a lawyer:
1. under 500 PLN – 120 PLN;
2. above 500 PLN to 1500 PLN – 360 PLN;
3. above 1500 PLN to 5000 PLN –1200 PLN;
4. above 5000 PLN to 10 000 PLN – 2400 PLN;
5. more than 10 000 PLN to 50 000 PLN – 4800 PLN;
6. more than 50 000 PLN to 200 000 PLN – 7500 PLN;
7. above 200 000 PLN – 14 400 PLN
