Key money in agreements

This section characterizes the key money, because of its role in bilateral agreements related to the economic activity – in economic agreements. After the initial presentation of the key money, possible ways of implementing they to the debeture ratio is detailed. This is followed by other legal institutions similar to the key money, in order to demonstrate its characteristics that distinguish it from: advance payment, recognisanse and pledge and deposit.

Finally, it is shown how to implement the entitlements of the key money and the place of them in the contractual liability regime and discussed the limitation of claims arising from this additional contractual reservations.
