Changes in parental agreement

The government presented a proposal for alteration of the the family and tutorial law. Art. 58 par 1 a krio is now interpreted by the courts, that if the parents do not provide consistent signed parental agreement, then one of them, usually the father, is limited to parental authority.

In case of disagreent, this requirement of parental authority restriction will dissapear.
Possibility of leaving parental authority to both parents, even in case of lack of signed agreement, will return.
